"Couple days ago I when to StateFarm offices in grand praerie to get a new quote to bundle my cars and home insurance, due to on my other insurance that I was for several years, suddenly increase my quote more than what I spected. Well I spoke with the agent Christopher, I was very impressed, because he took the time to explain every single detail about my 2 quotes. Christopher answer all my questions with detail. One of the reason I mention this is because most of the time agents just told you what is the best for their companies, they don't explain anything, but they ask you for the money and how did you want to pay the quote!! After I spoke with Christopher for a long time I was very please with his quote and service. I call and cancel my other insurance right away! Christopher is dedicated and professional. Thank you Christopher for all your information, and your services. I recommend StateFarm specially the one in Grand praerie, they speak Spanish, and they are going to help you, and give the best advice for your quote. Also StateFarm is one of the biggest Insurance companies in the market. That is why they can offer you a good quote. Again thank you agent Christopher O. for all your help."

"Very unhappy with this SF group. We have been with SF for 52 years. Our former agent passed away in 2020 and we were moved to Ambers office. We have never had a late payment and had only 1 claim on our current home in the 23 years of living here and our former agent took care of it with no problems Last December we had our first experience with this group. We can never get through to Amber. She is either out of the office or in a meeting. I called in December and asked to talk to our agent Amber and was told she was in a meeting. I tried to tell the girl who answered the phone our problem but she was rude and condescending. At that point I told her to please have Amber call us and was told she would give Amber the message. A couple of days later on December the 5th 2023 after not hearing back from Amber my husband sent her a text telling her we were upset and requested a call back. He received a reply from Jen at SF saying that our concerns had been relayed to Amber but she was in meetings that day. On Friday December the 8th after not hearing back from Amber my husband sent her another text requesting a call back. Today is March 25th and we are still waiting for a call back. Needless to say we are very disappointed in the lack of service and care they have shown to us. Chuck & Renee Fouts"

"The people at this office are insufferable. I submitted a request to add a new car and although I was supposed to receive a call within 24 hours it took 4 days of silence. So I called and was told someone would give me a call right back. Heard nothing. Called back a few hours later and was told it would take 1 week to get my request taken care of. I told her it could be done on one phone call and was told I would receive a call before the end of the day. 5pm rolls around and still no call (surprise surprise) so I dialed them again. No help so I told them I had to cancel and they gave no care for the experience I had, or regard for retention I ended up calling State Farm support line and it took a total of 5 minutes (remember they said it would take a whole week)."

"I have to review this office because they have been nothing but helpful as I have been navigating several claims over the last few months (when it rains, it pours). They have continually been quick to answer my questions and seem genuinely concerned about my well being. I hate dealing with insurance and I hope that I don’t need to do so again anytime soon. I have my home, auto, and life insurance through them and managing it through the app is easy. Thank you to Amber and her team, you guys really live out your “like a good neighbor” mantra. "Jennifer is extremely rude and condescending. I’ll be looking to take my business elsewhere. They also went weeks without answering the phone or returning phone calls recently and I had to chase them down through the 1800 # until I could get a response."
